When you buy or sell items on the JADDID C2C marketplace:

• Sellers: Your listing details (item photos, descriptions, asking price) are publicly visible to all users. Your display name and rating are shown to potential buyers.
• Buyers: When you make an offer, the seller sees your display name, rating, and offer amount. Accepted offers may include limited contact information to arrange the exchange.
• Chat: In-app messages between buyers and sellers are stored securely and accessible only to the participants and, when necessary, our support team for dispute resolution.

When you use Instant Sell to sell electronics:

• Device condition answers you provide are used to generate an instant price quote.
• Device identification data (model, storage, condition grade) is stored for pricing accuracy and quality assurance.
• Quote acceptance records and payment details are retained for transaction history and dispute resolution.

We may share your information with:

• Other Users: Limited transaction-related information is shared between buyers and sellers to facilitate deals (display name, ratings, and contact info upon accepted offers).
• Third-Party Service Providers: For payment processing, analytics, push notifications, cloud hosting, and customer support tooling. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, or if disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, comply with regulations, or protect Jaddid's rights.
