Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jaddid platform (the "Platform"), operated by INTELLIGENT MECHANISM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS - L.L.C -S.P.C ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under UAE law.

Jaddid acts solely as an intermediary marketplace connecting users. We do not own, buy, or sell items listed on the Platform and are not a party to transactions between users.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Jaddid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

• Users may list items by paying a non-refundable posting fee.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Prohibited items are not allowed (as defined by UAE laws and Platform policies).

• Buyers may submit offers for listed items.
• Sellers may accept or reject offers at their discretion.
• Once an offer is accepted, the transaction becomes binding between buyer and seller.

• All payments between buyers and sellers are processed directly between the parties. Jaddid does not act as a payment collector, wallet, or escrow for user-to-user transactions.
• Jaddid only charges a non-refundable posting fee for listing items on the Platform, which is paid at the time of creating the listing via an approved payment gateway.
• Jaddid is not responsible for facilitating, guaranteeing, or enforcing payments between users.
• Users are solely responsible for agreeing on payment methods, terms, and settlement directly with each other.
• Jaddid reserves the right to monitor transactions for compliance and may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

• Delivery may be arranged by the parties or via third-party logistics providers.
• Jaddid may offer optional inspection services.
• Completion of delivery and inspection (if applicable) triggers settlement.

• Posting fees are non-refundable.
• Transactions may not be cancelled after acceptance unless agreed by both parties.
• Refunds are subject to dispute resolution outcomes.

• Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
• Jaddid may assist but is not obligated to intervene.
• Jaddid's decision (if involved) is final.

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees

Jaddid is not liable for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of items.
• User conduct or disputes.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Jaddid harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform.

Jaddid may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Jaddid reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
