How are quotes priced?
Partners maintain their own pricing matrix per device, condition tier and accessory completeness. JADDID returns the partner's live quote to the seller in real time.
Who handles pickup and payment?
The partner. Once a seller accepts a quote in the app, the partner receives the lead with the seller's contact details and arranges pickup, inspection and payment directly with the seller.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. Partners can serve specific categories, emirates or device types. Multiple partners can operate side-by-side in the same category.
How long does onboarding take?
Most partners are live within two weeks once we receive the trade licence, pricing matrix and a designated operations contact.
